Dues are payable at any time, but should be paid by April 31st of the calendar year if you want to be eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
Dues are used to promote an attitude of caring and cooperation among the residents and to enhance property values within the boundaries of Windsor Village. This is done by enforcing our deed restrictions, enhancing the beauty of our entrances, holding meetings and events for our residents.
No, they are voluntary
The annual meeting is held at the February general meeting.

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month. Signs go up at the entrances to remind everyone of the meeting. Meetings are held at the Civic Center.
